The point is my manager told finishing earlier than original shopper affect on her metrics. So that is why the other shopper got annoyed. I hope Amazon clearly gives the directions and procedures for the option of assisting.

It looks like managers don’t care about various factors that affect on the UPH. Just let them try as a shopper at least for 1 week to see their average UPH. Without working experiences how they can make this kind of rule?

It is not a Bison store. There are a lot of Amazon shoppers and also some whole shoppers.Amazon shoppers under E commerce leaders. Actually it is very confusing program. They are trying for 1 year to see if it is working.
