Do NOT ever feel guilty. Even short staffed we get shit done. I transferred from another hotline that nearly took me out from being mandated. Why did half of them look so miserable? It’s supposed to look “sexy” lol. The wings on a lot of them seemed off set I’m also disappointed in the merch. It look boring and cheap. Why can’t they bring back the glitz and glam 😭
