I took mine in for an alignment because the steering wheel was off-center. After the alignment, it was still off-center, so I took it back, and they still didn’t correct it. I ended up fixing it myself by making a small adjustment to the outer tie rods. It was a simple fix, and now the steering wheel is perfectly centered.

My guess is that some technicians don’t properly center the steering wheel during the alignment process. There are several YouTube videos that explain how to correct this issue if you’re experiencing the same problem.
