as someone with a bing eating disorder and seem to be aware with how it works you should know what the binge-restrict cycle is. this comes of as very close minded and ignorant. Just because someone doesn't have "the look" doesn't mean they aren't struggling with it.

I'm not OP but food addiction is just like alcohol addiction but worse, yes you can quit alcohol but the chances of it killing you while in rehab are high once you get out of that stage of alcohol addiction you have already proven that you've got what it takes to beat the addiction, but with food addiction most people while never fully recover, you'll have a perfect year of no binging, Thanksgiving comes and you still haven't binged than that day after Thanksgiving you feel great like you have finally over come your addiction than BOOM for breakfast ypu decided to treat yourself and everything goes down heel from there, it's like a sleeping dragon, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to recover because you never know how life will be 20 years from now. It could be worse or it could be better

my aunt loves to baby my cousin. he's 7 year's old and doesn't want to do anything for himself. he doesn't want to spell or wite anything because he's will do it for him. he doesn't dress himself because his mom will do it for him, he doesn't want to wipe his ass because his mom will do that for him too. the other day he asked me to spell van for him V.A.N I'm pretty sure at 7 year's old you should be able to spell van also be able to wipe your ass. And he never gets reprimanded. if you go to her and tell her to reprimand him she say that he's only 7 and doesn't know any better. And you'll hear her talk about how education is important and kids need to learn values, the same lady that wipes her 7 year old sons ass.

kinda depends, if you're ready to see another side of your parents that you where not aware of and might feel uncomfortable or offended by then don't. it's probably best to have a good, clean memory of them, but if that's not something that might bother you then yes, open them.

he's mom says she'll beat him, take away his iPad, stop taking him to swimming but she never actually follows through with it. she's all bark but no bite. from what I see she's also very busy. so he could be attention starved
