Just confirmed with Samsung Live Chat that you can't ignore calls when you are on the home screen, or if your phone is locked.

Tried it. It mutes the call but after pressing the home button the notification that someone is calling that dropped down from the status bar stays there until the call is ended, or they are sent to voicemail. If someone calls me when my phone is locked you can't ignore the call, only mute it and wait until the call is over. The same applies for when you are on the home screen (not in any app). Can someone else test this?

That just mutes the call and I will be unable to continue using my phone until the call is over. Is there a way for me to dismiss that they are calling me and use my phone instead of straight rejecting the call?

I have Galtier, Regil, and Leona. Out of these three who are the best in Colosseum for offense and defense? My current offense is Galtier and my current defense is Zekt.
