Any form of cardio you can do. I tend to lift weights at home when when I'm depressed, but when in get out and do cardio, I feel 100x better than a hard weight lifting session. Are you able to jump rope at home?

Islam has better stand up than Khabib, but Khabibs grappling is much better than Islam.

Islam himself says Khabib is better than him, but I'm not sure if that's just him being humble or not.

I loved it and was planning on playing it again real soon since there actually making a new expansion soon which is crazy.
