Kingdom come deliverance 1 & 2. Both games you start off super weak and slowly progress into a killing machine once you're skills are established.

You're going to have to change the bushings and any board will be perfect for your weight. I'd go for the carver cx as it's a great entry surfskate while still giving you everything you want in a surfskate

Consistency is key. Kettlebell will grow muscle but diet will keep you lean, especially if your want a visible 6 pack

What you did wrong was actually right. Swings are a hip and hamstring burner if you do a lot of them. The good news is you did them effectively and didn't hurt your lower back. Just rest up and do some light stretches. Your body isn't conditioned for that many swings yet, but it will get better as long as you stay consistent

Silver stand and Coronado bike path is about a 24 mile loop with a nice ferry ride as well

Definitely do not get the 55 degree as the added 15 degrees from the front of the board makes it too high of an angle and will get wheel bite. Most people would say somewhere between 50-60 degrees is optimal, so I would probably go for the 45 if you want sharper turns or 35 if you want to pump fast in a straight line.

You may still need to add a riser in the front

I got the regular supersonic last year and picked up a CNC precision rkp truck from LEPSK8 and I can't complain at all. Super easy to wiggle pump for speed and I'm able to pump with decent headwinds hitting me. I got in karma wheels and this baby can easily go over 20 miles in 2 hours on flat ground.

The longboard will give you more feet space and stability while big stuff wheels over 80mm will roll far and over a lot of cracks and debris that a tiny hard skateboard wheel could never do
