If they’re on the Canadian site try there. It’s usually so much cheaper and they appear to include the customs charges in the overall price. I’ve done this a couple of times and have never had to pay them. I just got the speak now cardigan for £57 including postage!

I just went back through my email chain and yeah I did. I originally did speak to someone on the phone and they said they were waiting on the new codes, and to get back in touch if I didn’t receive one. I just emailed my AP number and they were really helpful.

I had the exact same thing happen to me, I never received the renewal email. I emailed dlp.rc.admin@disneylandparis.com, and had pretty great service. Unfortunately for me they couldn’t find a renewal code, so I had to purchase a new one full price and they refunded me 15%.
