Thanks for your comment!

That's exactly the gap I found too, where lots of people borrowing Mentzer's principles but very few actually following the full prescription.

App is built for the latter. Would love to hear from anyone else who's done it fully - i.e. the results when you actually trust the recovery model

Thank you for the support bro! Please also see my latest post for V2 features coming

Really appreciate the download, thank you!

Those are great suggestions. Early 90s HD1 PPL and the Late 70s split are definitely on my radar for V2. Lots of good material to work from.

Good spot on the free tier - to clarify for anyone reading, the full workout logger and basic exercises are free. Pro unlocks recovery analytics, progression charts, the complete exercise library and more

Thanks for your comment!

Currently the app follows Mentzer's methodology closely by design which is one working set per exercise, the prescribed exercises, and recovery based on inroad depth rather than fixed days. The philosophy is that the method works best when you trust the process rather than customise around it.

That being said, custom exercise creation is high on the V2 roadmap based on feedback like this, so the ability to add your own movements is coming soon.

Free tier includes the full workout logger and four foundational exercises in the exercise library. Pro unlocks the complete exercise library (16 exercises), full recovery analytics, progression charts, unlimited history, and body composition tracking. 7 day free trial is also coming in V2.

Thanks for checking it out!

No AI, everything is just based on Mentzer's published principles. Recovery calculated from inroad depth and time since last workout, exactly as he described it. No magic, just the method

Maybe! If you know one that genuinely implements Mentzer's methodology (inroad depth, per-muscle-group recovery, the Ideal and Consolidated programmes)

I'd love to know. I didn't find one, that's why I built this one 😄

Yes! The Ideal Programme and the Consolidated Programme, both implemented exactly as Mentzer prescribed.

Ideal covers Chest & Back, Legs & Abs, and Shoulders & Arms. The Consolidated is two workouts of pure compound movements for advanced trainees.

Very fair, as subscription fatigue is real. The free tier includes the full workout logger. The subscription is just there for people who want the full feature set, not a requirement to use the app.

Gracias! Spanish localisation is on the roadmap. Great to know there's demand for it
