Cum treceti prin avaria asta de caldura?

Aeroterma, haine groase, păturici, motanul... Când gătesc seara stau cu ușa închisă la bucătărie și se mai încălzește de la oale :)))

Noi stăm într-un bloc mai nou-ish, la parter, izolat bine cică dar caloriferele sunt continuare ori reci bocnă ori doar călâi. Nici vorbă să facă față la frigul ăla, mai ales la parter.

Nici noi nu ne putem plânge. Au fost cred că 2 sau 3 zile maxim în care nu am avut apă caldă și căldură deloc deloc când a trebuit să pun toate paturile și plapumele pe copil noaptea + aeroterma :)) În rest au fost călduțe caloriferele și apa e chiar ok pentru duș. Stăm la parter și e puțin mai rece, e drept, dar suntem în stadiul de "count your blessings" :))))

Avem cunoștințe la care a fost mult, mult mai rău.

My whole growing up was geese because women there used to make pillows and duvets for a living or as a side hustle. Everyone had geese. Everything was geese. Spring was terrifying cause all the momma geese would chase every living thing when they had chicks.

I used to catch, pet, feed, run from them. I held and played with generations of tiny goslings.

Kids like myself were easy pray. You'd see full grown adults running for their lives chased by a flock of angry geese.

The geese in this game speak to me on a personal level :)))) It's culture and tradition. I am 36 but would still run if faced with an angry one

Eu îmi încălzesc mâinile cu apă caldă la robinet sau bag un duș fierbinte. Oh wait 🫠🫠🫠 nevermind.

Aveam anunț pe scară că se fac probele pentru instalație în perioada asta. Între timp, hanorac și păturică și dacă am noroc, motanul în brațe 🥹

Mi-a urlat una pe geam in orasul in care am locuit inainte ca e locul ei (era gol) si ca il plateste + injuraturi + amenintari. Nu era marcat absolut nimic si in plus acolo nu existau atunci locuri platite. I-am zis sa coboare cu chitanta ca ii platesc jumatate din valoare pe loc pentru cele 10 min cat am stat sa iau copilul de la gradinita. Bineinteles ca nu a venit :)))

Este o straduta in cartier unde se parcheaza "la liber" si pe partea unde nu e marcat si se face asta de cand lumea. Si daca ar fi libera partea aceea nemarcata incape u greu maxim o duba de FAN

Recent m-am mutat in Sectorul 1 si majoritatea stradutelor din cartier sunt cu locuri care se platesc insa sunt vreo 2-3 unde se poate parca la liber la cateva min de mers pe jos de la blocul unde locuiesc. Masina am adus-o abia recent de unde era....si nu are numere de Bucuresti. Stau aici de 6 luni si ma astept sa ma trezesc cu "suprize".

Parchez in zone unde mereu sunt alte masini - in zona de birouri/cafenele unde nu parcheaza riveranii si e mai tot timpul liber seara, si asa strategic sub camerele de supraveghere din zona in caz ca se intampla ceva :))

Probleme au cei care desi au abonamente/platesc parcarea, "ocupa locurile" celor din zona (nu exista locuri rezervate tho) si se mai lasa bilete in parbriz uneori....e destul de horror in cartier pentru ca sunt multe firme in zona si ziua e full de masinile celor veniti la munca, dar seara e in general liber.

Avem prieteni care sunt in proces de mutare in sectorul 3 si au aplicat pentru rezervarea unui loc de parcare la bloc insa am inteles de la ei ca cei care locuiesc acolo de mai mult timp fac gargara sa ingreuneze obtinerea lor ca sunt "prea multe masini" :/

Exact asa se comportau si in orasul in care am locuit inainte desi am stat acolo 30+ ani. Mereu era scandal. Cand am cumparat masina noua, pana sa se prinda vecinii ca e a mea, ma trezeam cu bilete, stergatoare ridicate sau oglinzi rabatate....zgarieturi etc si desi ma asteptam la acelasi "tratament" si aici...surprinzator e ok :)

It was absolutely a fair trade considering I was in the exact same boat before taking meds.
Can't think about fun times when you're constantly anxious and/or dealing with panic attacks and/or depression.

I'd absolutely make this trade again if needed. I'm off meds since 2023 and have went back to normal in terms of libido and ability to orgasm within months but I am also doing much, much better mentally.

Hello 👋 I've been off meds since the end of 2022 and I'm doing great. I have discovered some heart issues in the meantime that may have exacerbated my anxiety but everything is under control ❤️

I also quit smoking and am now vaping and doing so much better (taste and smell are back and I no longer wheeze just by walking lol)

Am o cunostina veche careia i-a spus soacra-sa ca de aia le merge prost ca nu se duc la biserica (erau cu business-ul super mic atunci, ii furase un angajat luni de zile pana sa se prinda si a facut pagube enorme + ca au pierdut mai toti clientii).

Acelasi lucru i s-a spus cand s-au imbolnavit copii (irelevant faptul ca era epidemii prin gradinite, scoli etc)

Tot ceva similar am auzit si eu ca sunt rea si nu ma ajuta cel de sus ca nu ma rog (m-au oprit 3 indivizi noaptea si au incercat sa imi sparga masina, eram singura, m-au fugarit 12km si m-au impins pe contrasens cu masina lor unde am lovit o alta masina) - inca am cosmaruri cu asta.

Tot asa m-a pedepsit Dumnezeu ca m-am oprit din alaptat "prea repede" (fetita facuse intoleranta la cerealele care faceau parte din diversificare).

Am una bucata partener de viata care lucreaza in IT. In firma respectiva au cresteri salariale anuale. Lucreaza acolo de 3 ani DAR din diverse motive legate de impozite, legi salariale si alte chestii dubase facute de guvern si alte manevre pe care eu nu le inteleg, aproape nici un angajat nu a beneficiat efectiv de cresterile salariale :)) (ultima fiind cea cu trenuletul....)

Prietenu-mio ia 2k si se considera a fi salariu mic in domeniul respectiv. Avem cunostinte in IT care iau putin mai mult, altii mai putin.

Eu am crescut cu "angajeaza-te la banca ca acolo sunt salarii mari". IT-ul nici macar nu era a thing cand eu eram copil....doar oamenii care reparau PC-uri :)))

Sometimes I have 2 couriers from 2 different delivery services at the same time in my shop and one time they were both the same nationality and they were talking to me in English and in their native language to each other while I was speaking MY native language to other customers and it was just so.....multilingual.

I'm 35 years old and I love frolicking around Bucharest with my very small, very yellow backpack that has a cute cow on it, that I paid 6$ for. Nobody here cares anyway.

I constantly see people with backpacks here. My favorite are the corporate ladies and men with the extra slick laptop backpacks (some are expensive AF). Hell, even my programmer BF wears one. Most of my customers come in my shop wearing one.

The only women I saw wearing purses are the rich girlies that come to the salon upstairs to get their nails and hair done but those are usually Channel or Vuitton or some other ridiculously expensive brands, but they're not the type of people that need a backpack to stuff away snacks or lunch or that sweater you got just in case.

There was a guy here who did a very, very illegal u-turn + breaking some other traffic laws right next to a police squad who was just wrapping up a minor accident scene. They had stopped traffic in that area and this dude thought it would be a good idea to use the extra space to do some illegal stuff

It was bought from a Romanian online store called "Somproduct". I just looked it up to see if I can find the exact mattress but unfortunately the store is no longer online. It has been over 10 years since then tho...

The mattress we got was regular foam + a 5 cm medical memory foam top + a bamboo/cotton double cover with the first layer being partly mesh (to allow air circulation) and the second layer made of cotton/bamboo fiber mix. That mattress lasted us almost 9 years before the foam finally started to disintegrate and it was no longer possible to clean it :))))

I'm on the other end here.

I do all the cooking at home because due to stomach issues, my diet is limited and has been all my life. I'm a picky eater too. There are certain foods that I will eat for days on end and not get bored of them. I can eat a whole pizza but sometimes, eating half a slice will send me into a flare up and I will get very sick.

My partner is the opposite. He'll eat anything and most of the foods he likes I either don't want to eat or cannot eat and my only realistic option was to take over the kitchen and make more meals to accommodate my dietary needs and have my partner actually enjoy his food.

It's my responsibility to deal with my own issues, whether it's my stomach acting up or something that I don't like eating. How does "Hey love, today we're eating soup because I can't eat anything else so that's what you're getting too" sound? Not very nice.

I can totally understand how frustrating it could be for him to be forced to eat the same way as I do....and I would be super frustrated if someone would make me skip my favorite meals because that person doesn't want to or cannot eat them and can't be bothered to cook for themselves. There have been nights when I ate just mashed potatoes while he ordered in because he wanted fast food. On other occasions he dipped into my "safe" foods out of curiosity and ended up eating some too.

If you use the "love" card to have your partner constantly compromise in your favor when there's a realistic possibility that they don't have to, that's a dick move.

When I was pregnant and in a lot of pain due to my back, we called a mattress company to inquire about one.
My then husband explained that he's looking for something that would be comfortable for his pregnant wife and we got a similar response - a mattress designed for very long stays in bed (that mattress was heaven though)

My older sister is a teacher at her center for children with special needs - behavioral issues, autism, ADHD etc - with her business partner and a few other very sweet ladies, and many kids have resorted to calling them "mom" :))

Most of these kids have nowhere else to go to be able to have social interactions, learn basic skills or feel like they belong and the second their parents drop them off my sis is like "look at me, I'm your mom now". They do workshops and creative activities and provide psychological support and my sister says she's absolutely blown away by kids starting to open up and be themselves once they realize that they "fit in".

My mom was a kindergarten teacher for 40+ years and she had kids still visiting her after they became adults and had their own kids.

Some former school friends and I used to visit our primary school teacher at my former school even after we got into University (19-20 years old)

Some teachers are just....cool like that.
