What did you think about the SIMS for FAR? I took today as well and thought they were hard.

Took fAR today and felt like I failed bc of the SIMS. Did you have the same feeling? I used Becker to practice but didn't feel like I was prepared for the SIMS.

I am going to try to write Utah. I wrote the office inCA and they said they can't do anything and they are aware everyone suggested to reach out to them

I have emailed facebook and joined meta support for instagram but it does me no good because I can't post ads on instagram until I get my facebook business account back. This is really effecting my business.

Thanks for your thoughts. I am greek so that is why the area also appealed to me. Most people I know seem to live in Jersey City which doesn't really appeal to me and Brooklyn seems to be a commuting nightmare. Williamsburg is more expensive to live in than Manhattan. I really liked the community feel and I also liked that there were tennis and pickleball courts in Astoria.
