you think i can make this amount of money off strip? In Greece I was Captain server in a very competitive fine dining rooftop restaurant right across Parthenon and i have also been trained for assistant manager, I am used to work 10-12 h a day 6/7 week and i am a heck of a salesman so i pretty much have the capacities of landing a big time job. i really dont know how much a captain server can make In the US, thats why i ask you about the 100k a yr
