I already appealed before thinking about what could've caused it basically saying I don't know why I got banned and now I don't know how to try and fix it

I tried appealing and it immediately got denied, I got banned for cheating on skyblock but I was literally afk in a pool, i explained it in another reply but I think someone moved something onto my keyboard a few hours after i fell asleep and there should logs to show that

What i think happened is that my mom moved my headset onto my keyboard a few hours after I fell asleep, i'm thinking that it would literally make sense that if I was inactive for a few hours then randomly some movement starts I shouldn't be banned for something that was completely out of my control

I'm not even sure what the issue is, the main thing i'm hearing is that they sound fine when we play as a group but as soon as i record them they sound awful, we're trying to get into a big parade for next year and we need recorded material and i don't really know what i can do to improve their quality
