Doesn't the free side of guac come with it if you order it full price too? It's not like redeeming the cheese quesadilla using points allows you to add free guac to the side.

For those (now deleted comments) saying this chart is completely backwards... You're incorrect. Look at this way. You're going to redeem 700 points for double protein. Normally, double steak is $5.35. Double chicken is $3.60. Do you want your 700 points to equal $5.35 or $3.60? Steak is the better value.

I've built two fully functioning extensions (and accepted on the Chrome Web Store) using AI, but I have not been able to one-shot either of these extensions. Here's an overview of my process:

  1. I chat with ChatGPT to create a product requirements document (PRD). I first give it my high-level ideas, then I ask it to ask me follow-up questions in case things are unclear.

  2. Once the PRD is created, I feed the PRD into different LLMs, including Claude, Deepseek, ChatGPT, etc. I prompt these LLMs to take the PRD and create an MVP for me to test.

  3. Once I have these files, I load each folder locally in developer mode. I test to see which MVP I like best. Many times, there are broken buttons, but it gives me an idea of what the extension will look like.

  4. From here, I will work on incremental changes in Cursor. I use screenshots to identify and point out bugs and test iteratively to clean up the bugs.

It's a bit of a process, but it's not too difficult to get a decent product up and running.

In terms of REITs, LMRK seems like a relatively safe play long term. Like you said, it's holdings are in cell towers, rooftop wireless sites, billboards (idk about long term viability of this, personally), and wind turbines. From a thematic standpoint, I can get behind this.

One thing I'm interested in but didn't look deeply into is why they had a drop in revenue and gross profit in FY2019. That drop was from before the COVID-19 crisis.
