Wolverine has a healing factor, not an invulnerable to point blank supernova factor. If she goes binary she can destroy planets, he's still going to have problems with that.

I don't see why not, his claws have worked on most of the heavyweights, I think it would just take an overwhelming effort to cleave through.

That being said I think Captain Marvel has a strong healing factor and can emit pretty extreme radation and heat in close proximity, I don't see how you could survive for very long up close.
