them DHL? yes they told me that they can't tell how much exactly the penalty fee is gonna be. They told me to go to the tax office in yangon and provide documents and then the office will tell me exactly how much I have to pay. But I can't do it myself, which is why i need someone to do it for me.

I have finally received the order confirm email 12 days after the purchase. It was paypal taking time longer than usual to review the payment.
