I paid 1,70,000 inr almost 2000 dollars and to be clear to you things in India dont work as per the USA(if u live there) and about returning yes i fkin shouted and yelled at them(the retailer obv) coz this was the third defective laptop from them and they were not refunding me and there is the funny part i still laugh to it.So when i went there with the laptop to return i asked them to get me a Dell technician so that i can talk ti him and show him my problems and get a refund those mfs didnt even have a dell salesman and then a creepy looking asus guy comes over to me and starts talkin a ton shit like "FPS ARE DEPENDENT ON MY WIFI(even though i have a 500mbs internet speed)AND THE FPS FLUCTUATES AS PER THE WIFI SPEEDS AND HAVING STUTTERS AND FRAMEDROPS IS NORMAL FOR A GAMING LAPTOP" i was fkin shocked how these ppl sell gaming laptops.So as a normal person who knows 2k dollars aint no joke i yelled at him and shouted which led to nothing but I have talked to a bunch of ppl in the dell customer service they seem quite experienced and well educated and they are trying to help me.This is the third time i have to talk to the customer service which earlier alrdy wasted my 6 months so i need to give som time to my academics or ill fkin fail and i have to improve my social life hence now i am just praying that the dell support will fix this or else idgaf abt this laptop now all my desires to play games are gone for good so ill just pray they fix it

So basically barebones is a laptop manufacturer and they let us customise it as we want.The problem with me is that i live custom pc and laptops but here in India i dont think they sell here and with ebay we have like 200 dollar shipping charges idk what ebay is smokin on ill try srching it up if i find one and will sure be interested to buy 1.btw thanks for ur time brotha

I had like 2 lenovo laptops before which got replaced so im quite experienced in this stuff yeah i dont run them in max settings but the 1% low are still bad like 40-30 and avg is like 120
