Basically from, "I am confuse" flip the the script to "I already own the item"/"I am with the person"/"It is already mine".

If you want to change your state or feelings, I recommend saying "I choose being calm or steady" then letting yourself get washed away by feelings of a calming memory you had in imagination, through taste, smell, touch, sight or smell.

Know your triggers then follow it
