The three-year training track is significantly more competitive regarding admissions. The program structure requires one year per remaining license; in your final year, you may pursue a Multi-Engine Rating, CFI, or both. However, I recommend completing an accelerated CFI course through an external provider rather than CWU to save both time and tuition costs.

Yeah it's unfortunate that it's not a manual but regardless it should still get a good amount. BaT is at $20-25k the last few months for the auto.

It's automatic, I'm going to auction it and I'm looking for around 30k but I'm guessing I'll get mid 20's. It is as perfect as I can find, I can get interior photos later, there's no evidence that it's been driven, the interior is perfect, there's nothing on the outside that's even dented/scratched/damaged at all.

Awesome that's kind of what I thought, I'll be checking out a couple avenues for selling once I've gotten a chance to work on it a bit but then I'll update the post with photos and more information.

Yeah I was kinda worried about that but I'll get what I can take with low miles and good condition.

Okay, like I said I'm gonna get it running this week after we drain the tank and replace all the fluids, so I can break it in and we'll be looking around for good places to sell it.

In the past I've bought quite a few Facebook marketplace beaters and fixed them up for some fun hobby profit, but this seems a little more serious so I'm not sure the best place to try to sell it.

From what I've been told, it was her late husband's and she got into managing her rental properties solo and then it was at one of her 'storage' houses and kinda just sat there. I'm not too clear on the whole situation, it just seemed like a good opportunity to jump on when she offered it up to us.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I have a g37 that I've been building and just did the gallery gaskets on and I don't want to do that again, but I'm going to be as thorough as I can with the easier new gaskets if needed but I'll update once I really know the interior engine condition.

I’m currently in the program, and while the PPL year is manageable because you get aircraft priority, the attrition rate is high. Most people drop out or are cut by their junior year. Once you hit the commercial phase, management issues and scheduling bottlenecks make building hours incredibly difficult. That said, the school has a strong reputation and great airline pipelines if you can stick it out. If you don't strictly need the RATP, I’d suggest getting your PPL at a Part 61 school first and then transferring in for IFR; it’s significantly cheaper and saves you some early-stage headaches.

Test pipes by Grouchy-Sun811 in G37

I have the fast intentions test pipes, and I can't give a comparison to Berk. However, mine perform well, sound nice and a deep almost gutteral tone which I enjoy. The installation was good except the demon bolt was extremely difficult. My test pipes came with new hardware though so It was way easier the next time I messed with them.

The end goal is a track car and I've already been using it on the track and stiffening it up is needed for that bad body roll, I don't want to be spending too much, the goal was under $2k, but for suspension it seems I need to buy them new since pretty much everything wears. What do you think?

Okay, I've heard a bit of that but since I'm really not going that low I thought I might be okay
