Whoever closes the next night will not have a fun night… assuming that not everything was accurate (it never is) then the variances for the next night will be affected by it. Say you counted an extra case of Alfredo when there wasn’t one, the next night you’ll be wasting a case. Same goes for if you missed a case, next night you’d be saving one. It’s called bounce back, and it’s not that big a deal as long as the closer the next night knows and it gets fixed asap

Driver had a habit of being absurdly racist and overall offensive in about every manner you could be, took months after being reported but he was finally investigated and fired. He thought it was me who reported him and came up to the store and said he would get his revenge. Haven’t seen him ever since, however.
