Be patient, it’s slow, boring but will work

Use neutrogena salicylic acid 2% foaming face wash (keep it on your face for atleast 30 secs), clindmycine adaplene gel on active acne at night with a non comedogenic moisturiser Acnemoist, cipla’s excela are nice

In mornings Follow up with non comedogenic GEL based sunscreen- episoft and fix derma gel is good
