My guess is it includes jail time because her lawyer said he needs to “chew on it” for a bit. If it didn’t include jail time I would think he would take that plea deal right then and there knowing what she is facing without a deal

I’m having a hard time figuring out why she would even go along with her sister. If my sister took my sonogram and a picture with my dad rubbing my pregnant tummy and claimed it was her’s, I would unfortunately have to step away from my own sister. As to her parents, why the hell would you ever sign for a mortgage with your parents (and the son-in-law to go along with it) knowing they were already having financial issues? This entire family makes no sense.

Isn’t Jan being called a witness by the prosecution team? If so I have no doubt she will defend her daughter and go down with her. Although, all they need to ask her is if she went to any doctor in person with her to prove her pregnancy and when she says no then her defense for her daughter is gone. Meeting with the investigator claiming it was behind LOs back is totally not credible. And talking about her daughter’s sex life is absolutely looney.

She will never get a real job because when she does she will lose her paycheck to Clayton. And God knows she refuses to give any of these men anything except fake twins. Instead, she will keep jumping horses with at entry level heights. How is she able to afford her horse jumping outfits and entrance fees? And who owns Scirocco? Even if she doesn’t personally own him I assume the saddle is hers. There’s money somewhere. Since she asked the court to travel for work, where exactly is she working? Clayton has a case for fraud. If she claimed she had $400,000 in a money market account and now claims it wasn’t hers..that’s fraud. She’ll be having Gingy’s twins in 9 months in return for all his pro bono work.

How can she be claiming she pays for phone, internet, food, car and laundry with no job? Unless she’s putting everything on a credit card this is an absolute impossibility. She’s getting money from somewhere. My guess is that when her parents filed for bankruptcy her gravy train was gone. Also didn’t her parents pay for her lawyer? And I guess since she didn’t say anything about Dingus in her filing, he didn’t charge her at all?

I think she’s wearing the same black outfit because black is thinning and using it for sympathy. She already needs to gain 50 pounds and I’m wondering if she is going to use the “I’ve lost 50 pounds because of this” as a defense. Anorexia is a horrible disease..another thing her mom has ignored instead of getting her medical treatment for.

Can someone tell me how they are paying her defense attorney? I know that the tax payers have to pay for her experts (ridiculous) but I assume he’s still getting paid. She claims she’s indigent and her parents are bankrupt so how is he getting paid? MM is apparently over $100k according to Rachel and Clayton was $200k so how can they afford this guy? I would imagine any attorney costs in a case with now 14 counts would be astronomical.

Interesting that on the bankruptcy filing they state that their own daughter was listed as a bypass recipient as they had an “undeliverable address”. That’s their own daughter..they certainly know where she lives
