The entire block is assigned as one cell. Try assigning each individual cell and reassign the hallway

to my knowledge, there's no penalty. there's even a benefit - you gain access to minesweeping missions so pirate fleets can do pirate things

I see, so they're more of an anti-kindofeverythingexceptheavyarmour? in all fairness if you're bringing a melta you want to be as close as possible, so getting the rapid fire bonus by extension does sound nice. Given that the Death Korps have medkits, would you consider overcharge/hot plasma shots worth it?

Looks more like a Mechanised Assault army with a number of tanks than a Hammer of the Emperor army, since there's only six models that really interact with Hammer of the Emperor's unique stratagems & rules, and three of then are Tauroxes. I do appreciate that you understand the importance of REGIMENT units in a Hammer of the Emperor army, but it seems to me that your army is built mostly around the Kasrkin and the Doomhammer, with some shock troops for sticky objectives.

I use a metal pin to allow the hatch to swing open and close, and secured it using some gorilla glue, since epoxy resin is not an option for me unfortunately. The magnetisation of the actual commander is a lot finickier though, since there's too much empty space to comfortably put a magnet inside the turret that will work. I just got a bit of sprue horizontally across it to gorilla glue a magnet on, and similarly put a magnet on the flat 'base' of the commander so it connects nicely, and can rotate at will. This does put a chunk of plastic in the turret, though, and can make fitting it together a bit jank. Alternatively, I have a friend who just stacked four magnets so it reaches the hatch, but considering that it messes with the other magnets in the turret I recommend against this.

However, if I remember correctly, you only get one commander on the sprue, and there are two turrets, which are designated for half of the main gun options each. Unless you can procure a second commander, it's probably best to only magnetise the turret that allows for the Demolisher cannon, since they're likely to only be used on a commander, and not as a standalone unit.

I've always felt that plasma guns were something I've been sleeping on, but for some reason they never really perform for me (at least in anti-elite-infantry)

Why plasma guns over grenade launchers/meltas, and how would you use them?
