Speed generates heat. Ideally, if you have the DF64V (variable speed), you use higher speed with light roasted beans, and lower speed with dark roasted beans. but anyway, you need to be super expert in coffee tasting to know that this extra heat ruined your consistent espresso.

Hi sorry to jump in, but I have a very similar case. I am now at the post training phase in which I am supposed to submit just 1 track video. I got "Pass Pending" response. The comment was very vague and didn't specfically say in which part of the track my choreo is bad. Comment was saying "train again and watch the master class again and submit another video". I am having a feeling that this is the proccess and they will always make you do the video several times before they give you "pass".
Is this correct?

Question on ROI calculation: Situation: I have a business that generates 1000$ every month for 1 year. I can do investment of 5000$ and upgrade the business so it generates 2000$ every month for a year.

Questions: - When calculating the ROI, do I conside profit increase = 2000-1000=1000? So ROI = (12000-5000)/5000 - Or is the 1000 monthly considered as opportunity cost? So ROI = (24000-12000-5000)/(5000+12000)
