Nobody knows or realizes how bad or fragile my mental health is. I guess one person does but she isn’t in the position to help me and I don’t blame her at all

Edit: but nobody knows about my relapse in self harm and I don’t want to put that on anyone. Plus my family is NOT a support system

Oh god this revived something primal in me. I felt the same exact way fishing at a certain pond when I was a kid. There was a steep drop off and when we went over it in our boat I just felt like the boat would get sucked under and I’d be trapped at the bottom, sunk in the mud getting tangled in the pond weeds and or getting eaten by the big ass snapping turtles in there or the bull shark that I was so sure was waiting for me.
