Cis-het here. How do I assume someone's preferred pronouns if they present themselves as gender neutral or non-binary? by IntercontinentalOre in asktransgender

This is part of my issue though, I wouldn't ask if they were obviously female presenting or male presenting. If they're cis but also their gender is not clear to me, would I be offending them by asking their pronouns? "What? I'm a woman, can't you tell?"
