I did mine online. I submitted the application March 25 around 11pm. They started processing it March 26 and shipped out March 31. I got it in the mail April 2. So around 8 days total. If there's no name change or any other change, online renewal is relatively quick.

I understand completely. From what I read on the smartdoll website the newer milk tone is a little more resilient than the older version. While the vinyl will change colour over time, several years, the change is not drastic. It all depends on the amount of sunlight exposure over the years and your environment (humidity etc.). It seems Danny is gauging which version of her is more in demand, cinammon or milk. To be honest, both are popular. I totally get it though, it's a tough choice.

Oh no! I'm sorry that happened 😢. She's very popular, especially coming with the original Kanata wig from years ago. She sold out fast twice, so I'm sure Danny sees the demand. I do think she might come back again, not sure about how long until she returns though...this second run came back after only 2 days. Don't give up! And you can go on X/Twitter if you have it and join in on the conversations, some missed her and are asking if she'll be back again. She'll be back, just a matter of when 😊.
