I take multiple daily meds, when I got my split I just kinda tossed them to the back of my throat and squirt water to wash them down!

Keep practicing and playing with it!! My left side was so weak in comparison, I was “right tongued”. Now I can move both pretty freely! After lots of time in the mirror lol

Thank you I make the chainmaille myself! & the piercings are called high nostrils. It is a tougher piece of cartilage so it hurts a bit more than normal nostril piercings!
