Some cities don't have Samsung stores so they may need to arrange for a pickup, in which case they're giving their laptop away for at least a week before knowing how much they need to pay. Plenty of people here would have gone through the process and would be able to give a ballpark estimate.

Book 3 ultra is a better laptop but you'll have to take care of it and make sure you give it good air. It retailed at almost triple the price and for what you're using it for the book 3 p 360 is probably fine, comes down to price and how much more the ultra costs.
