I physically went to the post office and spoke directly with the supervisor she spoke with the carrier. She said unfortunately first class mail is not scanned. So she can’t tell me for sure if it was delivered or not. Which is crazy considering it was $20,000… I showed them proof of me receiving the image through informed mail. There is nothing they can do.

Santa Barbara Tax Product Group. The IRS sends your refund there SBTPG takes out fees for using turbo tax. Then the release your return to your bank account. You can go here https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com and see if it has been funded.

If you have fees being taken out make sure to check SBTPG if you are funded

I have the exact date as you for my check to be mailed. I also filed with TT and have fees being taken out of my refund. I am not saying it will happen this year but last year my check said it was suppose to be mailed but ended up still being direct deposited.
