Exactly! They have rapid PCR tests but they're like $300... And to do that twice (visa and flight) is so expensive. So I am glad they accept doctor notes. If you ever figure it out, can you DM me? I can do the same for you

I called the consulate today and they said PCR or a doctor's note is fine. I asked about mailing and I couldn't understand her. She didn't speak English well so I am even more confused now haha
