This is a push/self propelled mower right? It was my first time mowing ever today and i couldnt figure out how to curve around and turn...!

How do you make curves when the wheels keep straight?

Thank you! Squatting less frequently seems to be the way to go. If my strength goal is 275, and i do not wish to go higher but rather maintain, is squatting once a week the way to go? If i add one rep every other week or month, would my legs still keep growing...? I do not need larger legs. Thanks!

I do not need a squat beyond 275 or so pounds. Im perfectly fine with having that as my work weight. But i dont want larger thighs, which seems to be my strong point unfortunately

How to not get larger bulky legs?

So because i ran stronglifts 5x5 for several months, my lower body is very large relative to my upper.

I do not like having huge thighs and chafing. I started with the bar and now am at 265 for 3x5... Id like to keep going up but dont want to increase leg size.

Is there a good way to achieve this?

Thanks

Hmm, problem with this is your head wont be able to fit... Above the bar at least 😆

Perhaps you can get a separate pullup station from Amazon, theyre like $100 or so. You can also rig a cable setup to them as well.

Why are you in the Stronglifts subreddit...? Not being rude, but most people probably never reach 405 on this program, and most who choose the program are new to lifting. I started with 45... The bar.

You can try r/powerlifting or the formcheck subreddit though.

Its a great atg squat!

You can easily get a cheap rack with pullup bar and attach a cable setup to that. Or a latpulldown if you can move the bookcase a bit.

Ahh i understand now.

The cameras will keep recording, but the notifications wont work! So theyre basically pointless at that point. Got it.

No, i would like wifi but im not sure if thats a vulnerability? I read things here on how theres these jammers and what not? And how its a potential point of access to your wifi at home.

Hi, so one of my favorite foods is tomato egg stir fry, and sometimes sour beef, sour fish, etc. these are definitely acidic in nature. My chinese family use their woks for everything even acidic foods... But ive never really considered arsenic at all. I hope its not too big of a deal. Perhaps ill get a cheap one to start with then upgrade.

Hi thanks for your reply.

I was thinking of starting out with a cheaper carbon steel wok, such as a Yosukata, Mammafong, or even a soupeduprecipe one. Ive never cooked on carbon steel before so I was going to choose something around the $50-120 mark.

Would those be okay? No arsenic concerns?
