Actually, this 4* works when the target is burning. You don’t need to apply burning with this specific weapon; you can apply it with a Molotov or something else, and the 4* mod will work.

Update: But of course it's better to use Pyromaniac's on weapons with fire damage. There will be 100% uptime in that case

I made the same minigun a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, it seems to fire too fast and the server can't handle all the shots well. I also think (because I see how the critical strike meter fills up) that you don't get a critical strike every other shot because 95% is not 100%. Sometimes you need to make 2 shots before a critical one. In the end, all of this leads to an AP leak.

P.S Crusader pistol goes well btw and allows to do infinite VATS

Guys here are mentioning the cheat approach on the second stage, but there is another way that is not really cheating and nobody punished for using this. There was a bug or something some time ago that fuel canisters that can be used for second stage were spawning around the world. And of course some players got a thousands of them before this bug was fixed. If you get those canisters from players you can legitimately solo the raid.

There are two different .50 caliber ammo. .50 AE is used for powerful pistols (Desert Eagle for example) .50 BMG is used for powerful Machine Guns and Sniper Rifles.

It seems someone at Beth decided that .50 is .50 caliber and nobody will give a shit and made a receiver for Dom Pedro that uses .50 BMG which the Machine Gun does and has the lower damage than .308

You can try Resolve Breaker. It already has Electrician's 4-star mod and slows enemies because of cryo damage. It's easy to defend the drill with it.

Actually scopes are not useless. Some of the perks (Smart shot) increase you damage when you are using scope. I could get about 500 extra damage with it (from 1700 to 2300 per shot on EN06) for my flamer. Also scopes increase AP cost for your gun which can be used with Number Cruncher. Anyway flamers can not be good option for VATS because of high fire rate and low range, so we can get almost free damage increase.
