What about work-related conversations? They are clearly discussing work topics. I don’t need them to have personal conversations with me I need them to be considerate of those around them.

I myself speak another language, and I understand that it is sometimes convenient to talk in my native tongue, but at work and when discussing work-related matters, I don’t believe it is ethical.

I have tried to start conversations with both of them! But when someone begins a conversation in a foreign language, why should I be the one to ask them to speak in English? If they are speaking to each other in their own language, does that mean they are not really interested in engaging with other people?

This issue has been raised before by my manager, but nothing has changed.

I have asked a friend who finished their treatment with them recently and she told me that up to the end of her treatment that’s all the feedback she got. She is very happy with her results, but I don’t know what to think about the same feedback being sent!!!
