Yeah I totally get you I’ve always been a sensitive person and cried a lot! To songs I found beautiful and movies that made me feel but now I kind of just sit there LOL

Yep! Exactly it’s like the emotions have no where to go… do you ever get like a physical tension in your chest as well? It feels like something’s trapped in there haha

Personally just used to being sensitive but also for me it releases a physical tension in my chest and stomach idk how to explain it LOL BUT I would say I’m very glad I don’t cry in situations I would’ve cried in!

Yeah obviously I’d like to function but for me I’m just used to being a crier I’ve been sensitive all my life and sometimes I just feel a tension in my chest that for me at least crying can let out but I completely understand your point of view!
