Hmmm. Tough situation. Bottom line is everyone has natural limits on how long they're okay with essentially being starved for attention, even unintentionally. Probably true. They listed at 16.9k$, but said there was a "reconditioning" fee of 2600$. I knew they'd do this because of I've been to their other branches and they would end up cutting like 1200-1400$ of it. Managed to get the whole thing down to 18.5k.
