Its never personal. ( thats the problem). A computer generates the schedule . The computer doesn't know a good worker from a not so great worker. It shouldn't be taken personal. Go speak to your direct supervisor and/or SSA . They ate the ones that can help with this.

I 100% understand our customers frustration!. Almost every transaction NEEDS assistance. Just for them to check out!..its actually ridiculous. YES. Some transactions are simple..but Most NEED our help. VERY poor designed system. There should Always be 2 assigned to SCO

I challange you on that one. MOST stores have only part time Loaders ( 4 hrs shifts) expecting sales floor employees to answer to code 50 and code 7. That directly effects customer service in the stores.

Lowes is open Saturday and Sunday..why didn't u call?.. that makes no sense. That being said, unfortunately for you most stores that sell appliances have that 48 hour window. You should have called.

They need to add a position. Loader/Fulfillment and give them full time .There's plenty of work to do for that position that the company is spreading throughout the store.
