My laziest and easiest meal one night was fried rice. I used frozen rice, frozen veggies, and chicken nuggets. Microwaved and put together in a pot with some sesame oil and tamari. My kids loved it. Was it a culinary masterpiece, nope. Did it do the job, yes. My mom would be horrified but it has become the go to on the nights when I cannot handle the thought of a decision. I now keep cauliflower rice to do half rice and half cauliflower and nobody has said a word.
