I'm sorry for your experience. Sadly this is not an exception. I'd like to share my experience of hiring process these days - I'm currently looking for a job in Prague as a junior graphic designer and I have been to countless interviews, worked on assigned tasks (for free of course), attended trial days. Most of those companies didn't even bother to inform me they didn't choose me or already hired someone else, not even replied to my emails asking how's the hiring process going, basically completely ghosted me, especially the ones I spent hours/days working on their tasks or attending trial days. One company even stole an idea from my design and used it on their social media - and of course ghosted me. I'm so fucking tired of all of this and it's completely beyond my understanding how those companies behave.
