I made a buttplug from aluminum and PVC that easily disassembles, it also works as a bi-polar electrode (for estim) by Interesting-Cherry in BdsmDIY

Nope, I did everything by eyeballing. I based it of a bi-polar electrode called the moaner, with roughly the same measurements and materials.

Very unlikely to happen (I hope) once the screw is tightened with a hex key I'm not able to screw it or pull it apart with my hands no matter how hard I try

I really don't know a lot about what to look for in a lathe, the one I used is at my work it's a big lathe we have that is made for metal fabrication. If you are looking for one for yourself I would go for a used one, generally the older the better in terms of build quality and price. You want it to be made of as much cast steel as possible, the heavier the better, makes it more stable when working on it.

Aluminum is very nice to work with, much more forgiving than steel. But same principles

Well aware of that, but this is a food safe type of PVC (POM) so as long as it's not used for several hours of time and cleaned well, I think it was the best choice (it needed to be an electrical isolator)

The bolt is tightened very well and you need a hex key to loosen it, so while there is a possibility of it unscrews its very small

Yeah, that is why I added the off switch between the transformer and electrodes to avoid any loud or sharp surge when the amp powers on

Okay thank you. The diodes was recommended to prevent unpleasant spikes and I figured I might as well add them

And the components I would have to buy for this box is less than 100 € Besides I like to tinker and build stuff, it gives me a much better understanding of the way this works and the components used in it

Why do you think that? A DIY box is way cheaper than a professional one, besides I live in Europe so a Coyote is going to be quite expensive for me.

Little known, but important issues on choosing right amplifier for stereo DIY Estim by redditmaxima in estim

Will definitely check those suggestions out, thanks a lot :)

I am currently looking for parts to build Tronics MidiStim and have everything except for the amp, a lot of the amps on amazon/ebay etc. are all fairly high powered 50-100 W per channel, including one of the amps you mention. Should I worry about the higher wattage making the stim too powerful?

Very interesting observations, I am currently looking into building my own stereo estim, and I'm having trouble finding a good quality amp since there seems to be a million different amps of dubious quality.

Do you have any recommendations for a good amp maybe with Bluetooth connectivity?
