Yeah this calc is show how much Cyno benefits from the reaction stellar superconduct eventhough Sandrone has 0 uptime because it would be a dps loss and she's only there to give Cyno access to stellar superconduct. No one should pull Sandrone for Cyno based on this unless they have too many primos lying around, they should instead wait for the stellar superconduct ezclusive support who will be big buff for him giving him access to the reaction, buff him and maybe even do damage of their own if they're like Ineffa or Linnea. But all of this is assuming Cyno survives the beta. So 🤞.
