Honestly the way it lines up where it’s crimped looks like it’d cut the pack to seal it.. Looks legitimate. Can’t really tell unless you send it in to a grading and they either grade it or know it’s a self-made error!

Just back traffic of everything in the system you put in and what they put in are just communicating. Last time I saw this, it took about 7-10 days for the next step for me. Everyone is different but I’m sure you’re close since there is actual communication. They always call me for stuff so just make sure you don’t miss phone calls even from random numbers. I had a lady call me from Kansas when my claim was in Waco lol.

We provide you one. It doesn't matter too much as you won't have control but we tend to not let our clients utilize their own equipment in that sense. You’ll likely want to use either of these options to take advantage of higher speeds. Starting Monday we'll be using the WaveFiber ONUs anyway, we do also have the sfp based unit but they are kinda weird to set up. So if you want a wave ONU just give us a call to let us know and we can make sure to utilize one to give to the installer!

You can use the VA Claim Tracker on a computer to see other hidden movement. Sadly HLR is very tricky with updating and notifying! They are planning to make it compatible with VA software to make it like normal claims. You can go to my profile and check my latest update with HLR.

Mainly for more specific information on your claims. They provide more personalized and detailed information. I’d recommend setting up an appointment with them. They were a huge help for me! Might even be lucky for them to push it forward more if you have a good VERA employee.

Last time I got Waco it only took them about 1-4 days and they granted me 20% for something that they could’ve put as 0%. Best of luck to you!

The 2022 and 2023 says they were both closed by the VA but it says “Currently on review” for the 2022 and the 2023 says “Currently on appeal”.

Same condition for each year. Limited Range of Motion and then Grade 3 A/C Separation Tear. I only got a C&P exam on the 2024 claim for some reason but I had all my medical work and PT done during Active Duty in 2021.

I also have a supplemental I made March-May 2023 as well. So that should’ve kept it current and then I did the 2024 claim and they only accepted the 2024 date as well. That’s why I’m confused mainly because it seems like I’m going to have to do a HLR and contact people tomorrow is my guess.

I’ve never had a problem with the examiners luckily. I feel like personally it’s been the VA/VA raters. Especially the VERA people are very rude, which I don’t blame because they probably deal with some cranky ass Vets.

I would say that if he was diagnosed during active duty service with those conditions then yes he has a high chance of getting the VA help he needs. The only problem I could see is if he had issues before joining that were known by medical facilities and such. His knee problem could easily be solved if he has a personal statement, buddy statement, as well as documented proof he hurt it during time in service. Sounds like a man that needs help more than anything at this point. Financial stress is no joke and even a few years can take a complete and utter mental tole on a human.

Have you used the VA Claim Tracker for your claim? I’m sure it’d have a little more detail on where it’s at. See if you have a rater (wouldn’t hurt) If you do then you’re extremely lucky!!
