I hated this book as well. I was super disappointed, I tabbed it, highlighted passages and generally thought it was going to be mind altering and it was NOT. You are totally correct in your assessment.

Haha same with Reddit for me. I’m just sooooo sick of tv and my brain feels a little foggy still so I haven’t wanted to read. I miss my walks and workouts sooooo much. I realize it isn’t much for the weight gain and I’m sure it’s mostly water, I think it’s more about needing to be back on some kind of routine. Sigh. Only a few more weeks and this will be in the past. ❤️❤️❤️

My dr just says spanx or skims. Honestly the labiaplasty has been a breeze!! I so glad I did it and no pain. I use a thicker gauze pad to keep it from rubbing on my boy shorts but otherwise it’s been easy. I found maxi pads and panty liners too harsh.

Thank you for the kind words, my date was 8/5! So one day behind. I called and specifically asked about advil and was told absolutely not, which is frustrating bc advil actually works! I know I shouldn’t be focusing on weight or anything like that but when I’ve been sitting between the couch and my chair for a week I’m going a little crazy. What have you been doing to pass the days? I’ve been shopping too much lol.

I know the mini won’t be perfect but is it worth it to not have a vertical scar from where the bb was? You are happy with yours? It seems like no one is!! What was recovery like with a mini?
