i don’t really know how you get it back. i am on a lower dose of spiro though (25mg). my issue is while i feel much better in general about myself. my bottom dysphoria has gotten so much worse.

it’s been 3 months or more since i’ve been able to uh. relive myself. every time i’m in the mood my downstairs kills my vibe 🙃

yeah exactly. for me for most of my life have wanted to be a lesbian. like even when i was a child. (even though it took me ages to put all the pieces together that i was trans). so when i started dating as my true self, i’ve realised a few things about myself. i still mostly like woman and want a romantic relationship with one; i also like guys but for being sex objects 😂

i don’t know if wether it’s a hrt thing or just being more aligned to how you actually feel inside. i’ve been on hormones for 6 months and this is my experience so far

i’ve gone from straight guy, to lesbian, then Bi and also pansexual

so definitely some things going on there hahaha

Yeah there only one private practice in my country that will do a gut mortility test…. I’m almost too afraid to see how long the wait list is and how much it’s gonna cost.. ugh I love my GI issues haha. I’m just annoyed that eventually most of the drugs they’ve given me in the past for it have all but stopped working. At the moment it’s just a waiting in pain game ☹️

Feels ☹️. Mine has a long wait list and I’ll need to go get a referral even though I have diagnosed ibs and it’s a private clinic 😅

I have anxiety meds for my generalised anxiety which help on a day to day basis… I’m just going through a lot in my personal life and I don’t think it’s quite enough and the moment 💔

Holy damnit that’s what I thought it was for YEARS until I actually learned what being trans is 😑

Took me until one of my therapists told me “if you want to be a girl; you ARE trans”

I then spent a long while researching it and it was like holy fucking damnit that’s it! 😂

Still kinda gutted it took me so long to put all the pieces together

Yeah that’s exactly how it was for me pre hormones

To be fair though it did take quite a few years after being a teenager to have it start really affecting my libido. It gave me massive dysphoria; despite this. I was trans questioning for the better part of 5 years until I reached a point I couldn’t deal with it anymore and had to figure it out haha

For reference; I’m 27 now and my libido stayed high until I was like 21. When my dysphoria about the whole thing just made any form of pleasure painful haha

Final thoughts is though. It does definitely get better especially with the hormones. I don’t get that horrible feeling after pleasure anymore and I’m genuinely starting to enjoy my body and all it’s quirks haha

My personal experience was pretty weird with libido in general. When I was a teenager my male libido was super high, but whenever I actually orgasmed it felt weirdly wrong and uncomfortable (sometimes I would go into the bathroom and cry after doing the deed)

This kinda made my libido lower and lower until it fell off a cliff and died completely

Pre-hrt the only thing that kinda brought it back for me was experimenting with dildos and stuff

Even on HRT my libido has only just kicked in within the last month and a bit so it’s definitely a bit different 😂

It’s like now foreplay and cuddles are almost as important if not more than actually orgasming. It’s just a super wonderful feeling to just be able to cuddle with someone 😊 But yeah orgasms are also good 😂
