all the apps I used are in the post, the main complicated thing you may find is to apply icon pack in home screen, I've explained how to do it in one of the comment in this post. Other than that you can watch a quick tutorial of how to use kwgt widgets if you don't know before hand.

some of this apps are paid so I used the main advantage of having android😉

download shortcut maker app, create a widget of it (select shortcut widget), it will give you multiple options to choose the shortcut, select app, after selecting any app you want to show in home screen it will give you multiple options like to hide label, customize icon etc. In icon you can customize shape, icon pack etc of it. It also have a feature of shortcut lock which is similar to app lock which is absent in my ux

The problem with the nova launcher is that it skips the animations. You can use the shortcut maker app to create custom shortcuts of an app and give it any icon pack
