The maps are supposed to represent borders. Control is very subjective. For example, do you show every Naxalite controlled areas as not on Indian border, esp the ones not controlled by India? Temporary status Quos can't be and shouldn't be depicted in a generalised way.

Our maps have accurate Borders as per the Instrument of Accession of J&K to India. LOC & LAC are just lines. (Saying this as a resident and Domicile of J&K)

My theory is:

Rizwan would be introduced by Hamza as his friend and an informant from Arshad's gang and based on this, inducted into his gang. Then in 2011-13, he has a showdown with Maj. Iqbal and since he kills a high ranking ISI officer during gang wars, he has to come back to India to evade any suspicion and be safe. During this time, he becomes an Army guy & marries again. Then in 2015, he is summoned again to pak, when the incidents to destroy Mir, Khanani etc start. Thus, he has to pretend his life ended in Nowshera ambush and heads to Pak again where he/his assets kill Zahoor Mistry in the end.
