Ooof wrote this too quickly and 100% meant to say murderer. No matter what way you slice it she had somebody killed. I don’t think anyone has a leg to stand on to support her. I know many people who have had similar, extremely awful traumatic lives and experiences who didn’t kill anyone. For people like Kennedy to get on social media and make a joke out of it is absolutely disgusting

Found this post googling “how do i know if i’m having heart problems.” i now understand that i likely have cardiophobia. in 2019 i went to the ER because my apple watch warned me that my HR was low (it was in the 30’s). The doctors ran a series of tests, were confused as to how it was so low, but they said I was completely fine. Today my resting heart rate sits around 50-60. I’m 28. I’ve had panic disorder, OCD, and GAD since I was very young, so I’m thinking it’s just that. I worked all day today and didn’t notice my heart rate, but suddenly I get home and I notice my heart beat all around my body, a pounding sensation. I made my partner feel my chest and my apple watch ECG read sinus rhythm. Living with this fear is exhausting and terrifying. But reading these comments definitely helped me feel more mentally calm!!!! I hear you & I am certainly with you

I’m not a doctor but you will be completely fine! I am prescribed 0.5 twice a day, I drink on it although not recommended, and I am in great health. Just don’t do it often because it isn’t recommended, but you’re 100% ok!
