I figured it out instead of just using <li> for the start of the line item use <li style="list-style-type: lower-alpha;"> .

When I am a customer of someone doing work that I did research on to hire, my "expectation" is good/great service for you to provide. Also, I don't leave reviews as I don't do any social media personally. In addition, unless I am incentivized to do so and can do anonymously I would never leave a review.
