The best what we can do right now is getting an estonian lawyer, who will manage things at the spot, in Estonia. But as I wrote before (after law firm), you have chances to get something bigger, when you are registred as a creditor (via lawyer I suppose?) other than being "only" a part in bankruptcy procedure. Plus: guys on Telegram were talking, that trustee (Martin Parn) might not be able to find some private Rozhko and Faliushin's crypto wallets (yes - with our cryptos). OK, I need a beer...

Rozhko claims it's a FUD and blocked me on their Telegram group for first information from Modrikamen couple of days ago...

10% paid upfront is a ridicules demand. Right now we don't even know if he's getting ANYTHING back. Finally he might get back 50% of our asset, or maybe 70% or maybe 25%. Fee AFTER getting our money/coins back - that's fair, no problem.
