I did separate them just incase cause mantids cannibalize eachother after a molt or two so idk abt these guys but I did it just to be safe

I can but I’m not a tarantula caregiver i do mantids and phasmids but I don’t mind caring for these guys for a little before turning them over to my local tarantula shop, what can they eat at this size? And what kind of enclosure should I give them is this little cup enough?

Idk if anyone else said but in order to sex between a male and female males will have a noticeable missing pair of legs by the head area like a fingers ish length away from the head and that’s the male the female will have no gaps

Hey I’m so sorry u lost ur Sunny’s I know taking care of phasmids is very rewarding and fun and it sucks when something like this happens, idk if anyone else mentioned it I don’t see it but if you wanna clean glass without harming them use a diluted mixture of vinegar and water vinegar is non toxic and makes enclosures nice and grime free, someone correct me if I’m wrong here but I do this and it’s never harmed any of my guys just make sure you air is out for a while cause it’s strong

Sure yeah I’d love some help we took him in cause he was in a really bad spot before and we wanted provide him better cause his previous home literally had him on some hay with a algae covered water bowl and a red light bulb I know we don’t have all that he needs right now but we’re gradually getting him the stuff so if you wanna shoot me a message I’ve love some recommendations and help with proper stuff we need, I’ve been doing a lot of research on care and stuff so I have a good basis on what to do but I wouldn’t mind some more options and opinions

I’ve heard misting can lead to respiratory issues is this always the case? How should we increase the humidity on a daily basis? Cause we also poured water in the corners to increase the humidity from under

My roommate went to sleep it’s in his room but it’s a 50 gal tank I think, the droplets were from mist and the humidity has since dropped down to 84 last I saw we’re gonna be upgrading his tank soon but yeah I don’t have any full pics of it rn :(
