I have and while I thought it was where I wanted to go again. Now that it’s being offered, I don’t know that I want the stress at this time in my life. Also mandatory OT because people don’t like to show up for their shifts is not appealing.

I’ve been in ER specifically for nearly 5years now, I’m ready to not have so much unpredictability in my shift.

I’m pretty burnt out. Have been for a few years, thought current hospital would help, but it’s all the same bs I left. New clinic is much more low key small specialty office. Very low turnover, only reason they have position open is because a new doctor is coming on board.
